Step 1. Place your Order using the Order Form or call me directly. The order form should be printed out, completed and emailed back to me here at firstname.lastname@example.org. After placing your order you will be contacted for a phone consultation to ensure all the project details are worked out. Shortly after, I will send you an estimate with a contract attached along with shipping instructions. Please note, the signed contract and a 50% deposit Payment is required prior to beginning your photo shoot. Also note, there will never be any hidden costs or billing for unapproved work.
Step 2. Ship Your Product(s) directly to our studio. Follow the shipping instructions you received and remember to include return shipping labels or your shipping account number if your products are being returned. If you prefer, I can add the return shipping costs onto your final invoice or you can choose to not have your products returned. (You can choose from these options on the Order Form)
Step 3. Confirmation of product arrival. When your packages arrive I will carefully unpack and inspect the items to ensure nothing was damaged during transit. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your package and also a timeframe of the product shoot and when the proofs should be ready for viewing.
Step 4. The Product Shoot. Prior to the shoot, all items are meticulously prepared to ensure they look their best. I will then personally photograph all your items according to your specifications to ensure the highest quality possible.
Step 5. Post Production. After completing the photo shoot the images will enter the editing and retouching stage. Any minor imperfections will be corrected, dust will be removed and I will ensure that the proper color and tone is set. Please note that if extensive editing is required you will be notified to approve the additional work and costs. (I allow for 8 minutes of post production per image, beyond that, additional fees will apply).
Step 6. Proofing Your Images. Upon completion of the post production stage you will receive an email containing instructions for proofing your images. You will also receive a link and an access code to a private online proofing gallery where you will be able to review your product photos. Please look over your images carefully and approve the results if you are satisfied or if you are not satisfied, you may request additional touchup services or I can reshoot the product in question. (Most reshoots are free but additional fees may apply if the shooting parameters change. For example, you decide you would like a different background).
Step 7. Completing the Order. After your approval of the proofs, I will send you a final invoice. You may pay the invoice with a credit card, Paypal or a company check. Once your payment clears you will receive an email containing instructions for downloading your images from our secure website or if you choose to have your images on a cd, it will be sent via mail or along with your returned products.
